I just moved back to Texas after being away for two years. I phoned Shannon Johnson’s State Farm office to set up car and house insurance. I had the privilege of speaking with Denisha who was extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions. She was super nice and provided the same type of fantastic customer service that I’ve always received when contacting Shannon Johnson’s State Farm office. Once again I rate this company with an A++. I truly believe they care about providing the best coverage for their clients!"

"I do not recommend Shannon Johnson or her office for your insurance needs. Her staff is woefully unable to answer questions about my constant rate increases. I have a perfect driving record and never filed a claim yet my insurance goes up without explanation like clockwork. When asked about rate increases, her staff informed me I was paying more for parts and labor, which means it will; realistically, never stop increasing. I have every discount I can acquire and a tracker in my car. I have paid thousands and thousands in insurance over the ten years I’ve had State Farm for no return and steadily increasing rates with no explanations. Look elsewhere for your insurance needs."
